If a fancy tower isn’t in your budget this year, don’t worry. There are plenty of options for DIY towers! You can easily make one out of an old stepladder. Just add smooth boards to the steps to widen them out into kitty flopping spots. Then, use carpet or sisal rope as a covering. Voila!
